To allow better access and pricing we do not take insurance at this time. With the frequent exclusion of services and widespread use of high-deductible plans by insurances we are able to offer great out of pocket pricing so any and all patients can use our services.

Are your practitioners registered nurses?

Our staff is made up of registered nurses only.

Do you accept HSA/FSA cards?

Yes, we accept HSA/FSA cards. Please check with your FSA/HSA provider to confirm they will reimburse or cover treatment before you come in.

Do you take walk-ins?

No, we only exclusively accept appointments.

XERF is an advanced, non-surgical radiofrequency (RF) treatment used for skin tightening, lifting, and collagen stimulation. Vital Wellness was among the first clinics in Northern Virginia to offer XERF, the world's first dual-frequency monopolar radiofrequency system. It uses two synchronized frequencies, 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz, to reach the shallow, middle, and deep layers of skin, including the SMAS layer, the same layer targeted during a surgical facelift.

With her Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) credential (a rare achievement earned by just 1% of nurses worldwide), Lana brings an elite level of clinical precision, anatomical mastery, and high-standard safety to every treatment. Her background in high-acuity medical environments (ER, OR & Shock Trauma OR) directly shapes her approach to aesthetics, ensuring every procedure is rooted in deep physiological insight and patient-first care.

Lana was the first practitioner to introduce XERF technology to Northern Virginia, making her the region’s most experienced and knowledgeable provider in this advanced radiofrequency treatment.
